About the role#
GT's Living Foods is looking for a Private Estate Operations Intern to assist with the daily maintenance and organization of private residential properties. This role provides direct experience in estate management, inventory systems, and administrative support. We need someone who is service-minded, discreet, and interested in the behind-the-scenes operations of a professionally managed estate.
What you'll do#
- Manage inventory for household and personal products, including identifying replenishment needs and coordinating weekly orders.
- Receive, track, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Organize pantries and refrigerators, ensuring all items follow FIFO practices.
- Maintain digital archives, property records, and household documentation to keep databases current.
- Perform weekly technology inspections across the properties and report any issues.
- Handle ad hoc errands and assist with the general organization of storage areas and workspaces.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Hotel or Restaurant Management, Business, or Property and Facilities Management.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for record keeping.
- Ability to travel between residences and complete local errands.
- A professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
