About the role#
Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a supply chain intern for the Summer 2027 term. This program provides students the chance to apply academic knowledge in a real-world business environment. You will work within our production and operations areas, gaining exposure to various functions including warehouse operations, maintenance, quality, planning, and supply chain strategy. This is a full-time, paid internship based in Bradenton, Florida.
What you'll do#
- Lead teams of hourly associates to meet production and quality goals.
- Implement and manage manufacturing and distribution technology.
- Perform data collection, computational analyses, and time studies to measure productivity.
- Support project management tasks, including business case analysis and deployment.
- Identify process efficiencies, such as reducing waste and improving line output.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings and improve communication within workgroups.
- Learn statistical modeling and develop reporting tools.
- Report findings and key business points to the leadership team.
- Work in a 24/7 environment, which may require flexibility in your schedule, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership, or Business Management.
- Expected graduation with a Bachelor's degree within one year of internship completion.
- Previous experience in an operations environment.
- Proven leadership on or off campus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment and make quick decisions.
- Effective coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

- Location: Bradenton, Florida.
- Modality: On-site daily.
- Flexibility for relocation is encouraged for advancement opportunities.
- Must be located in the Bradenton area or willing to relocate for the duration of the internship.
