About the role#
The Global Revenue Operations (GRO) team supports the SAP Sales business across the Customer Value Journey. This role sits within the GRO Programs team, reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Operations. You will help the team run efficiently and support cross-functional programs that serve field teams like account executives, solution advisors, and customer success managers.
What you'll do#
- Support the design and coordination of GRO enablement programs, including speaker alignment and session facilitation.
- Manage meeting invitations across time zones and own follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with the GRO Programs team on project management, strategy, operations, and business analytics.
- Conduct business analysis by building and managing data dashboards to share insights and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Report metrics and maintain project documentation.
- Support internal communications through SharePoint sites.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a university student.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables under deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Knowledge of, or a willingness to learn, Microsoft SharePoint and PowerBI.
- Strong analytical skills to structure, consolidate, and visualize data.
- Ability to communicate professionally with global teams.
- A self-guided approach to learning new systems and processes.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
- The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week onsite.
- Preferred locations are Alpharetta, Georgia, or Tempe, Arizona. Candidates near other SAP offices may be considered.
- Majors in Business Administration or Operations Management are preferred.
