About the role#
This is an SAP iXp internship position focused on HANA Technical Support. You will join a global team of roughly 3,000 support professionals dedicated to resolving technical challenges for customers. This is a paid, full-time program designed to provide hands-on experience through project-driven work and mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Investigate and resolve critical system issues for enterprise-level clients.
- Analyze complex problems within production environments.
- Deliver solutions that improve customer business operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and customers located around the world.
- Master SAP software used by industries and governments globally.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program or coding bootcamp in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong diagnostic and technical analysis skills.
- Ability to assess, plan, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Experience with databases such as SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, or MySQL.

- Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (3 days in-office).
- Term: Fall 2026 start.
- Duration: 8 or 12 months.
- Status: Full-time (40 hours per week).
