About the role#
This internship introduces you to the principles of media planning. You will assist in the research, development, and implementation of media plans while working under the supervision of experienced staff. You will gain exposure to both traditional and digital media tactics during the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support to the media team.
- Assist with planning and buying processes.
- Manage client buy maintenance as needed.
- Communicate with media sales representatives.
- Review and reconcile media invoices in the billing system.
- Perform competitive analyses and attend vendor meetings.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to perform secondary research using the internet.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.

- Note: This is an unpaid internship that may be completed for academic credit. Scheduling is flexible, with many interns working two to three days per week.
