About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience across corporate communications, public relations, and social media. You will work directly with the Senior Director of Global Communications to support executive messaging and global brand storytelling. This role is for someone interested in a marketing career who wants to learn how a modern communications function operates. You will contribute ideas and support the execution of high-impact initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support internal, executive, and corporate communications initiatives, including company-wide updates.
- Coordinate planning, timelines, and logistics for various communications projects.
- Contribute to presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
- Build and maintain media lists while conducting journalist research.
- Monitor news cycles, industry trends, and competitive activity.
- Support story development and brainstorm timely angles for press materials, such as pitches and press releases.
- Track media coverage and support reporting efforts.
- Manage day-to-day operations for global social channels, including drafting copy and contributing to content creation.
- Assist in developing content calendars and identifying opportunities to amplify initiatives.
- Manage workflows and organization across projects to keep initiatives on track.
What you'll need#
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- An interest in marketing, specifically communications, PR, or social media.
- A curious and proactive mindset with the comfort to take initiative.
- Creative thinking skills with an eye for storytelling.
- Strong verbal and presentation skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute where needed.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.

- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Fall 2026 (October 6 through December 17, 2026).
- Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week.

- Compensation: Paid at $20 per hour.
