About the role#
The Public Relations, Social Media and Content team tells brand stories that reach target audiences through media relations, social media, and various content formats. You will work as part of a large team to support these efforts.
What you'll do#
- Write social copy and press releases.
- Identify industry trends.
- Monitor social media conversations.
- Conduct secondary research to support content recommendations.
- Coordinate project tasks.

- A background in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism.
- Ability to think critically and work as a self-starter.

Location & details#
- This role is based in Madison, Wisconsin.
- The schedule is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
- You will work at least 20 hours per week.
- The internship is paid at $15 per hour.
- The term begins in September 2026 and runs through the end of the year, with a possibility to continue into the spring semester.
- You must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
