    About the role#

    The Student Lead for the Esports program supports daily operations and program growth at Hill College. You will work under the Coordinator of Esports to help manage team activities, recruitment, and event coordination. This role is a paid, part-time student worker position.

    What you'll do#

    • Help manage daily tasks and the organization of the Esports program.
    • Communicate with prospective students and follow up with recruits to support recruitment efforts.
    • Coordinate schedules and information for students, recruits, and their families.
    • Provide input on strategies to help the program grow and succeed.
    • Act as a positive representative of the Hill College Esports program at all times.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a full-time student at Hill College.
    • A minimum 2.0 GPA.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Previous experience or participation in Esports, competitive gaming, or gaming organizations is preferred.
    • Ability to maintain a welcoming environment for all team members.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Hillsboro, Texas.
    • Work Modality: On-site.
    • Schedule: This role requires a flexible schedule, including potential evenings, weekends, and attendance at tournaments or events.
    • Physical requirements: Ability to perform light work, including lifting up to 20 pounds and extended periods of sitting at a computer.
