About the role#
The Enterprise Analytics Intern supports business teams by turning data into insights for strategic decisions. You will work on projects related to category management, revenue growth, and sales performance. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to identify trends and business opportunities while developing your analytical and problem-solving skills.
What you'll do#
- Analyze category, consumer, customer, and sales performance data to find trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using enterprise analytics tools.
- Run ad hoc analyses to answer specific business questions from stakeholders.
- Translate complex data findings into clear presentations for business partners.
- Present your project findings and recommendations to department leadership at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Expected graduation date between August 2027 and May 2028.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools.
- Experience working with large datasets and presenting findings.
- Knowledge of syndicated data, spreadsheets, databases, and category management tools.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

- This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
- The term takes place during the Summer of 2027.
- This position is paid.
