About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship opportunity located in Westlake, Ohio. The role spans the Winter and Summer 2027 terms, running from January 11th to August 13th. You will work on-site with the Adhesive Technologies business unit to gain experience in data analysis and customer-facing business strategy.
What you'll do#
- Develop business recommendations for customers using market intelligence and data insights.
- Use ImpactXP to create optimized planogram recommendations.
- Analyze customer planograms and report on performance metrics.
- Assist with sales and marketing projects and presentations.
- Manage data quality for CRM, product portfolios, and point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with team members to visualize performance data.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, Communications, or Finance.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Strong skills in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to communicate clearly, organize tasks, and solve problems.
- A self-motivated and open-minded approach to work.

- Pay: $22-$27 per hour.
