About the role#
This is a full-time, paid summer internship focused on Raw Material Governance within the Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) department. You will work on-site in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, for the duration of the Summer 2027 term. This role is open to students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
What you'll do#
- Document workflows and analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities and develop recommendations.
- Support data governance and quality by evaluating raw material and supplier data, identifying gaps, and assisting with standardization.
- Develop metrics and reporting to improve data integrity and traceability.
- Contribute to supplier regulatory compliance programs by evaluating documentation and building standardized tracking tools.
- Participate in team meetings, stakeholder discussions, and project activities to gain exposure to PSRA operations.
- Build knowledge of regulatory topics such as GHS, TSCA, PFAS, Food Safety, and REACH.
- Deliver a summer-long project that provides actionable recommendations to the team.
What you'll need#
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from data.
- Interest in regulatory affairs, product stewardship, supply chain, data governance, or business process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- A willingness to learn new systems, tools, and business processes.
- Experience with data analysis, process mapping, or project work is a plus.

- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24th to August 13th).
- Compensation: $22-$27 per hour.
- Note: This position does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support.
