About the role#
This is a 7-month internship within the Adhesive Technologies business unit at Henkel. You will work on-site in Bridgewater, New Jersey, from May 2027 through mid-December 2027. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Support stakeholders in the execution of strategic initiatives across corporate and functional areas.
- Facilitate project management processes, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Monitor project status and provide updates on milestones and deliverables.
- Identify, track, and update project risks, issues, and tasks.
- Collaborate with teams in Finance, Operations, and Strategy.
- Contribute to post-merger integration and transformation efforts.
- Drive initiatives to scale business with selected strategic partners.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior graduating in 2027.
- You are pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Chemistry.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize large data sets.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data visualization.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating presentations.

- Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey.
- Duration: May 24, 2027, to mid-December 2027.
- Salary: $22 to $27 per hour.
- Note: This position does not offer a housing stipend or relocation support.
