About the role#
The Commercial Intern program provides a comprehensive look at how we manage sales, products, and customer engagement. This project-focused internship allows you to work alongside your manager on initiatives that move our business forward. You will gain hands-on experience in the packaging industry while building skills for a future career in sales or marketing.
What you'll do#
- Learn our products and internal processes.
- Interact directly with customers.
- Partner with cross-functional business leaders to assist on strategic projects.
- Identify ways to improve and streamline current processes.
- Participate in specialized training and development to learn about the industry.
- Explore different functional areas including sales, product management, and customer service.
What you'll need#
- Currently working toward a Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A genuine interest in a career path within sales or marketing.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to teamwork.

- Location: De Soto, Kansas.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Typically 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- This is a paid, full-time internship with a rolling term.
