About the role#
Broadridge is seeking students for our Summer 2027 Business Internship Program. This 10-week experience introduces you to the financial technology sector. You will be assigned to a specific business area, such as finance, operations, sales, product management, or governance. The program runs from June through August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Complete meaningful and challenging work assignments.
- Build digital literacy and strengthen your business and financial acumen.
- Complete a high-impact capstone project that addresses real business challenges.
- Collaborate across teams to solve complex problems.
- Explore how data, analytics, and emerging tools like AI drive innovation.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Analytics, Management, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
- A GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or initiative.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative teams.
- A learning mindset and interest in the financial technology industry.
- Availability for the full program duration from June through August 2027.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Positions are available in New York, NY; Edgewood, NY; and Newark, NJ.
- This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship program.
- The pay range is $25 to $35 per hour.
