About the role#
The AI Solutions & Value MBA Intern joins the AI for Business Excellence team to identify, design, and deliver AI and agentic solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and applied AI. You will translate complex business problems into scoped AI solutions, quantify their value, and help guide them from concept through implementation. You will work alongside AI engineers, solution architects, and product owners to prioritize a portfolio of opportunities across functions like supply chain, manufacturing, and finance.
What you'll do#
- Design and build agentic AI solutions by framing business problems and prototyping agent-based workflows.
- Develop business cases and ROI models for AI initiatives to size benefits in areas like cost reduction and revenue generation.
- Support AI implementation and adoption by coordinating across technical and business stakeholders to pilot, test, and scale solutions.
- Partner with functional teams to convert business needs into clear AI solution specifications.
- Synthesize analysis into executive-ready recommendations and presentations for senior leaders.
- Research emerging AI capabilities and tools to assess their potential application for Ingredion.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time MBA degree program, between the first and second year of study.
- Strong business problem-solving skills, including structured problem framing and hypothesis-driven analysis.
- Financial and analytical acumen with experience building business cases and ROI models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners and present to senior leaders.
