About the role#
This 10-week summer internship at Itaú Unibanco provides hands-on work experience within our New York office. You will be placed in a specific department for the duration of the program, working on projects that contribute to the bank. This role is a full-time, paid position designed to help you build professional skills and gain insight into how a global financial institution operates.
What you'll do#
- Engage in high impact strategic projects.
- Participate in a structured mentorship program.
- Attend networking events and speaker series.
- Complete an end of summer project.
- Maintain compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act principles, laws, and regulations.
What you'll need#
- You are an undergraduate student at a U.S. university, specifically a rising junior or senior as of June 2027.
- Your GPA is 3.65 or higher.
- You are eligible to work in the U.S. and can work 100% in person from New York City.
- You have not previously participated in our U.S. Summer Internship Program.
- You are curious, driven, and act with integrity.
- You value collaboration and diverse perspectives.
- You are comfortable with MS Office and fluent in English.
- We welcome applicants from all majors, including Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, and Economics.
