About the role#
JE Dunn Construction is hiring a Campus Intern for the Summer 2026 term. This is a full-time, paid position designed to provide hands-on experience in construction and administration. You will work under direct supervision to support project management, estimating, safety, and accounting functions. This role is on-site in Denver and Colorado Springs.
What you'll do#
- Monitor crew size, self-perform hours, materials, quantities, and equipment with the project team.
- Provide progress updates and reports.
- Conduct job site observations alongside project leadership.
- Support project close-out tasks, including punchlists, operations and maintenance manuals, and as-built drawings.
- Assist with vendor and trade partner pricing, bid solicitation, and coordination.
- Participate in the project safety plan and culture.
- Build relationships with team members, trade partners, and clients.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited Bachelor's degree program or higher.
- Coursework relevant to the internship area.
- Strong work ethic and flexibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Majors in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or Architecture are preferred.
