About the role#
This internship provides an introduction to the Capital Markets group at JLL. You will work alongside analysts to support real estate investments and acquisitions. The role offers insight into the industry through research, writing, and data analysis tasks.
What you'll do#
- Gather and analyze market information, statistics, demographics, and traffic counts to support market research reports.
- Assist with the valuation of current and proposed listings using Argus and Excel.
- Prepare lease abstracts to summarize lease agreements.
- Support the due diligence process for transactions.
- Create marketing materials, including teasers and offering memorandums, by designing charts and graphics.
- Collect data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a college or university junior, with a graduation date in Summer 2028.
- Permanent work authorization in the United States.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Preferred familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or Economics.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based on-site in Orlando, Florida.
- The term runs from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
