About the role#
The Winnipeg office is seeking undergraduate students in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration to join our Corporate Finance practice for a Summer 2027 internship. You will work within multi-disciplinary teams to support independent investment banking and financial advisory services. This role provides exposure to various stages of the transaction process for local, national, and international clients.
What you'll do#
- Support the development of financial models, including analysis of EBITDA, working capital, and other financial metrics.
- Perform market research and analyze publicly available information, such as pricing multiples and precedent transactions.
- Assist in identifying and researching potential acquisition targets, purchasers, and investors.
- Contribute to the preparation and distribution of confidential information memorandums.
- Support the preparation of presentations and analysis for client mandates.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration program.
- A strong academic record.
- A clear commitment to pursuing a CPA designation.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and focus on delivering high-quality results.
