About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work on-site to support our pharmacy operations. This role involves direct interaction with customers and clinical tasks performed under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. You will help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient pharmacy environment while gaining practical experience in a retail setting.
What you'll do#
- Provide drug counseling to customers and assist with over-the-counter medication recommendations.
- Accurately input patient and prescription data into the pharmacy computer system.
- Accept and interpret oral and written prescriptions for fill or refill.
- Dispense the correct medication to customers.
- Administer immunizations under the direct supervision of a pharmacist.
- Maintain pharmacy standards by stocking orders and keeping the department clean.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a US school of pharmacy.
- A current, state-issued Pharmacy Intern license.
- The ability to work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

- This is a paid, full-time internship position.
