About the role#
Krones is seeking a high school student for a Service Administration internship. This role supports our Service Department with expense processing and invoicing tasks. You will gain exposure to administrative processes and business systems while working with our team in Franklin, Wisconsin.
What you'll do#
- Review expense reports submitted by traveling employees.
- Analyze supporting documentation and research any discrepancies.
- Audit invoices to identify non-compliant items.
- Route concerns to the correct service team contacts.
- Collaborate with the Service Team and Billing Department on process improvements.
- Learn and use software including SAP, Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, and Adobe.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a high school junior or senior.
- Must be at least 16 years old by the start of the internship.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Franklin, Wisconsin office.
- An interest in Business Administration, Accounting, or Operations Management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Modality: 100% on-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, 15-20 hours per week.
