About the role#
Labcorp is seeking a Diagnostics Research Assays Intern to join our Research and Development team. You will work in a CLIA-certified laboratory environment under the supervision of a Research Associate or Scientist. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support the development, optimization, evaluation, and validation of diagnostic assays.
- Assist with analytical testing.
- Perform data analysis.
- Participate in daily laboratory operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree program in Biology, Chemistry, Life Science, or a Pre-Medicine track.
- A genuine interest in chemistry, biology, and laboratory research.
- Eagerness to learn new scientific concepts and laboratory skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Calabasas, California.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 1, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
- Note: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
