About the role#
The Marketing Intern provides administrative and operational support to the Chief Marketing Officer and the wider marketing team. You will gain experience across various marketing initiatives while helping the department stay organized and on track. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn.
What you'll do#
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and other operational tasks for the Chief Marketing Officer.
- Manage daily department communications, track project deadlines, and follow up on action items.
- Conduct research, perform competitive analysis, and gather inspiration for marketing projects.
- Maintain department files and documentation to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Attend meetings to take notes and share updates with the team.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, fashion, or a customer-facing environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
