About the role#
The Culinary Center Intern joins an 11-week program in Arden Hills, Minnesota. You will work on-site from May 2027 through July 2027. This role focuses on building culinary skills through research and kitchen execution while contributing to real business projects.
What you'll do#
- Participate in an orientation and guided recipe development project.
- Rotate through three project phases covering sales enablement, content development, and innovation.
- Develop tools for sales teams and explore new product ideas.
- Work with the Culinary Manager to gain strategic context.
- Prepare a final presentation to showcase your work and reflect on your professional growth.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Completion of at least one year of undergraduate coursework by Summer 2027.
- Hands-on experience in a kitchen, lab, or foodservice setting.
- Ability to taste, critique, and provide feedback on retail and foodservice products.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn.
