About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Plymouth, Wisconsin. You will work with cross-functional teams in Innovation, R&D, and Culinary to support sales and marketing goals. This position is open to students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field who have completed their junior year, or MBA students who have completed their first year.
What you'll do#
- Engage in customer discovery to identify new business opportunities.
- Support inside sales activities, including new item setup and fulfilling customer requests.
- Assist with strategic customer presentations and meetings.
- Create marketing communication materials to drive customer interest.
- Validate proof of concept with subject matter experts.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, or completion of the first year of an MBA.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- A valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a personal vehicle.

- Location: Plymouth, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (onsite Monday through Thursday, with optional remote work on Fridays).
- This role is a full-time commitment.
