About the role#
This is a rolling internship based in Plymouth, Wisconsin. You will work in a food manufacturing environment to support continuous improvement projects. This position is full-time and follows a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of DMAIC methodology on continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with Operations to identify performance gaps through data analysis.
- Apply continuous improvement tools to develop and implement solutions that drive progress toward defined goals.
- Participate in problem solving to overcome production-related issues, material shortages, and equipment malfunctions.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing an associate or bachelor degree in business, operations, supply chain, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Completion of sophomore year prior to the start of the internship.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- A valid driver license, vehicle insurance, and a vehicle.
