About the role#
The IT Support Intern supports our IT operations. This role provides hands-on experience with systems and internal tools. You will learn how to manage technology across our agency environment while working alongside our IT team.
What you'll do#
- Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support user setup and account management for new hires and internal moves.
- Maintain asset inventory, license tracking, and documentation.
- Monitor systems, backups, and alerts across internal tools and platforms.
- Shadow experienced IT team members managing infrastructure, security, and hosting environments.
What you'll need#
- Interest in a career in IT, networking, cybersecurity, or systems administration.
- Comfort navigating Mac and PC environments.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and ticketing systems.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or Data Science.
