About the role#
As a Senior Product Manager for Student Safety, you will own the product life cycle from initial concept through growth and maturity. You will set the strategy, vision, and roadmap for our safety products, which monitor student well-being and alert staff to concerning behaviors. This role requires a balance of big-picture thinking and the drive to execute daily tasks. You will champion AI-forward thinking by integrating AI and machine learning capabilities to improve our tools. You will also communicate product progress to stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership.
What you'll do#
- Manage the entire product life cycle from introduction to growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Communicate product vision and progress to all stakeholders.
- Champion AI-forward thinking to drive innovation in school safety tools.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to translate insights into scalable improvements.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or leader in a product capacity.
- Deep interest in education and student safety.
- Technical fluency with APIs and integrations.
- Experience working in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
- Ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in lean and agile product methodologies.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Austin, Texas.
- You will be required to work onsite at our Austin headquarters several days each week.
