About the role#
As a Product Management Intern on the Digital Platforms team, you will work on the technology behind SAP's enterprise events. This role focuses on the intersection of event technology, Agile delivery, and AI-driven engagement. You will support the operations of the self-service event platform and help manage digital experiences from registration to post-event analysis.
What you'll do#
- Support the day-to-day operations of the self-service event platform, including production schedules and asset quality.
- Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
- Use event analytics to track platform performance and attendee engagement.
- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of AI-driven features like personalized agenda recommendations.
- Participate in SAFe ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Help manage the team backlog with a focus on attendee journey improvements.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe 6.0 methodologies.
- Familiarity with event management platforms such as Cvent, ON24, or Hopin.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
