About the role#
The Customer Loyalty Intern joins the Marketing department to support strategies and campaigns that encourage customer loyalty. You will work on projects that address team needs while gaining professional experience. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Manage and coordinate the customer communication content calendar, including tracking timelines and asset creation.
- Assist with the development, execution, and analysis of targeted marketing campaigns.
- Research and develop potential new loyalty features and benefits.
- Collaborate with IT, Mobile, and sales teams on cross-departmental projects like mobile deals and campaign briefs.
- Write and edit copy for email, push messaging, and text campaigns.
- Support competitive analysis and driver intel programs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year university program as a sophomore or above.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- A working knowledge of Photoshop or similar image editing software is a plus.
- Previous internship experience is helpful but not required.
