About the role#
The Talent Acquisition Intern supports our Recruiting and HR teams by handling administrative and operational tasks. You will gain experience in a professional corporate environment while contributing to the hiring process. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Conduct phone screens and complete reference checks.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and management.
- Extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including I9 verification and new hire communications.
- Manage job requisitions and post openings to career sites.
- Oversee background check processes.
- Help with various HR projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year university program, ideally studying Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Effective writing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Previous internship experience is a plus.
