About the role#
This is a paid internship for Winter 2027. You will support the Human Resources team in Appleton, Wisconsin, by coordinating production recruiting and handling administrative tasks. This role requires you to work on-site for at least 15 hours per week, ideally spread across three days. We offer flexibility to work around your class schedule during standard business hours.
What you'll do#
- Review job applications and coordinate the interview process.
- Conduct initial interviews and schedule second-round meetings.
- Assist with new hire onboarding.
- File interview notes and maintain related documentation.
- Support the HR team with various projects.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Represent the company at job fairs.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or associate degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Appleton.
- A reliable, team-oriented approach to your daily tasks.
