About the role#
As a Talent Growth and Inclusion intern, you will own a specific piece of an enterprise-level Talent Management project. This work spans areas such as career development, performance, learning, inclusion, or leadership development. You will work directly with the Talent Growth and Inclusion team, People Partners, and subject matter experts to form a point of view and present your findings.
What you'll do#
- Take loosely defined problems and turn them into clear plans by identifying what you need to know and how to get there.
- Research, synthesize, and structure complex information into actionable formats for executives.
- Build presentation-ready deliverables, including documents, frameworks, decks, or tools.
- Communicate proactively by flagging blockers early and sharing what you have learned.
- Present your work and recommendations to the team and People and Culture stakeholders.
- Use AI tools to pressure-test ideas, accelerate research, and draft starting points for your projects.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising junior, senior, or graduate student at an accredited university.
- You are studying Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in talent development, career growth, performance, learning programs, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or change management.
- You can structure and communicate complex information clearly in writing.
- You are comfortable working with data, templates, and structured frameworks.
- You are fluent with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and AI-enabled tools.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to track tasks across multiple workstreams.
- Prior internship, project, or coursework related to HR, learning programs, data analysis, or change initiatives is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, full-time, paid internship.
- The program runs for 10 weeks from June through August 2027.
- Interns receive a tech stipend, paid company holidays, and 8 hours of paid volunteer time.
