About the role#
As a Services Portfolio Management Intern, you will work with the Customer Experience (CX) team to define, build, and optimize our services portfolio. You will help create scalable, repeatable offerings that drive customer outcomes and business growth. This role involves assisting with the full services lifecycle, from initial research to go-to-market execution.
What you'll do#
- Research customer needs and current market trends.
- Track performance metrics for our services.
- Support go-to-market activities for new and existing offerings.
- Explore how data and automation can streamline service delivery.
- Identify ways to make our services portfolio more efficient and scalable.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine interest in learning about technology.
- Proficiency in using AI technology and applications.
- Strong data analytic skills with basic exposure to data science or analysis concepts.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship located on-site in San Jose, California.
- The term runs during the Summer of 2027.
