About the role#
As an Institutional Intern, you will provide operational and analytical support to the Performance Reporting or Defined Contribution Support Services team. This position offers hands-on experience with client custodial statements, investment manager reports, and compliance documentation. You will contribute to critical client deliverables and gain practical exposure to investment operations. This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2026.
What you'll do#
- Provide operational and analytical support to the Performance Reporting or Defined Contribution Support Services team.
- Collect and file critical client information, such as custodial statements, investment policy statements, contracts, and manager reports.
- Distribute, collect, and maintain investment manager compliance spreadsheets.
- Upload holdings and fixed income portfolio characteristics into reporting systems.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program with an expected graduation date within 12 months of the internship start.
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Prior internship or coursework in finance, investment management, or analytics is a plus.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

- The hourly pay for this position is $20 per hour.
