About the role#
As a Process Risk and Controls Consulting Intern, you will work with businesses across diverse industries. You will receive hands-on experience and direct access to clients at various management levels. Each intern is assigned a Performance Advisor to support their professional development throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Support consulting projects by sitting in on client meetings.
- Prepare reports on consulting services and discuss recommendations with clients.
- Complete projects efficiently while meeting timelines and critical dates.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze client information and document results.
- Travel to client locations as needed to provide services.
- Attend conferences, trainings, and meetings to continue your professional development.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a B.A. or B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, or Data Science.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- Ability to work as an effective team member with strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A high degree of integrity and professionalism.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
- CPA certification or working towards certification is preferred.

- This internship is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- The role is full-time and on-site for Summer 2027.
