About the role#
As a Summer Associate Consultant, you will join an active project team to help global enterprises address strategic issues. You will gain direct exposure to clients and senior firm staff while learning how consultants drive growth and profitability. This is a full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2026. Successful interns may receive an offer to return to the firm as a full-time employee upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Obtain relevant data and information from various sources to address client issues.
- Analyze and visualize data to create meaningful insights and conclusions.
- Synthesize analyses to develop actionable plans for clients.
- Present and explain research, findings, and recommendations to teammates and clients.
- Work independently and in teams, with potential for domestic or international travel.
What you'll need#
- You must be within one year of earning a BS or MS degree from a leading university or college.
- Preferred academic backgrounds include Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, or a Science.
- Relevant prior internship or extracurricular experience.
- Strong data manipulation and analysis skills using tools like Excel, R, Tableau, Python, SQL, or Access.
- Excellent research capabilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High levels of intelligence, creativity, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-culturally and inspire confidence in others.

- Compensation: $7,917 per month (prorated).
