About the role#
As a Software Installation and IT Support Intern, you will join our Software Engineering Customer Experience team. This role offers hands-on experience in technology operations, ensuring that critical systems, devices, and services are delivered and supported effectively. You will participate in a 10-week, full-time program that includes networking, access to executives, and structured coaching from subject matter experts.
What you'll do#
- Assist with software deployment and installation activities.
- Support hardware and equipment inventory management.
- Analyze operational support metrics and performance trends.
- Document and standardize installation and support processes.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track operational performance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Curiosity for emerging technologies and automation.
