About the role#
This 12-week summer internship immerses you in the Product Management organization at Medline. You will analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations that influence business decisions. The program includes exposure to senior leaders, professional development sessions, and networking opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Translate customer, market, product, and business insights into clear recommendations.
- Deliver a project that influences product strategy, portfolio decisions, commercialization, or business performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
- Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and cost-savings efforts.
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Finance to solve business problems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an MBA program.
- At least 3 years of professional business experience in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Experience presenting to senior management to influence decisions.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Northfield, Illinois, and Chicago, Illinois.
