About the role#
MedPro Group is hiring for a Strategy & Integration Intern at the Daniels-Head Insurance Agency. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in West Lake Hills, Texas, with a rolling start date. We do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
What you'll do#
You will support projects and initiatives across our Retail and Wholesale teams. Your daily work involves managing document workflows, procedures, and business processes. You will gather information for team discussions and assist with project planning, coordination, and follow-up activities. You will also participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions while looking for ways to improve our current processes and efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program related to Business Administration or Operations Management.
- Ability to create clear presentations, reports, and summaries.
- Strong organizational skills to complete projects accurately and meet established deadlines.
- Capacity to support various initiatives across different business units.
