About the role#
This internship provides operational support to the Strategy & Business Intelligence team. You will assist with time-sensitive projects and help the team meet its objectives. The specific tasks depend on the current needs of the department at the time of your start.
What you'll do#
- Assemble, analyze, and reconcile new business financials.
- Support Strategy functions and client-facing objectives.
- Contribute to US New Business initiatives.
- Partner with Client Solutions and Strategy teams to clarify project goals.
- Maintain datasets, meeting documentation, and new business analysis.
- Attend team meetings, including daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives.
- Provide weekly status updates to your manager.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate business program.
- Academic background in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or Actuarial Science.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft tools.
- Experience with Tableau is preferred.
- Prior work experience in financial services is a plus.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Work schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
- Compensation: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
- Status: Paid, full-time internship with rolling terms.
