About the role#
The IT Data & Analytics team builds and delivers solutions for our clients. As an intern, you will apply your classroom knowledge to real-world projects and gain professional experience. You will work alongside our team to solve business problems and manage project priorities. This role offers mentorship from team members and leaders to help you grow your skills.
What you'll do#
- Support data analytics, profiling, modeling, visualization, and testing.
- Assist with data integration and delivery tasks.
- Participate in team stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder meetings.
- Explore ways to use approved AI tools in your daily work.
- Gain exposure to critical business data challenges.
- Shadow team members to learn about our collaborative culture.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor degree in data science, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- Graduation date of May 2028 or later.
- Experience or coursework in SQL, SSIS, Python, Snowflake, Fabric, or other ETL development tools.
- Familiarity with data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- A proactive, motivated, and curious mindset regarding data and technology.
Location & details#
- Locations: Milwaukee or Madison, Wisconsin.
- Modality: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office and two days remote.
- Term: Summer 2027 start, with the ability to continue part-time during school semesters.
- Schedule: Full-time (37.5-40 hours per week) during the summer and part-time (15-20 hours per week) during the school year.
