About the role#
The Operations Intern works with our teams to keep Mine & Yours running behind the scenes. This hands-on role covers inventory management, data reporting, store supply procurement, and team support. You will work directly with Operations and cross-functional teams to maintain organized and efficient retail and office environments.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day operational needs including administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
- Manage inventory and replenishment of workplace and store supplies.
- Partner with Sales Support to coordinate weekly inventory transfers.
- Conduct physical RFID inventory scans and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Pull and organize weekly operational data for reporting and revenue recovery initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Experience using Shopify or an eagerness to learn the platform.
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to multitask in a retail environment.
- Physical ability to manage stock and lift boxes or supplies.
- Currently pursuing studies in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
