About the role#
As a Learning Operations Co-op Student, you will support the coordination and delivery of learning experiences across the organization. You will work closely with the Learning team to maintain records in the Learning Management System (LMS), assist with program logistics, respond to learner questions, and prepare reports. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in learning operations, stakeholder support, and process improvement within a large organization.
What you'll do#
- Support routine LMS administration, including uploading content, managing enrolments, and updating completion records.
- Test digital learning content and document issues.
- Prepare recurring reports on learning participation and assist with ad hoc data requests.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person sessions by managing schedules, participant lists, and facilitator materials.
- Provide technical support during live virtual sessions and track learner feedback.
- Assist with vendor setup, invoice tracking, and statement of work administration.
- Maintain process documents, trackers, and job aids.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and facilitators to improve documentation and the learner experience.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary co-op program in Human Resources, Business, Education, Learning & Development, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage deadlines, and ask for support when needed.
- A collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling colleague information.
- Experience with an LMS or bilingualism in English and French are considered assets.
- Candidates 18 years or older must complete a criminal background check.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January 6, 2027, to August 20, 2027).
- Location: Brampton, Ontario.
- Modality: Hybrid, with 4 days per week at the Brampton head office.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $35,100.00 to $65,700.00 per year, based on experience and academic level.
