About the role#
As a Quality Engineering Intern at MKS Inc., you will join the Global Supply Chain team. You will work with Supplier Quality representatives to improve process and data analytics related to supplier performance. This position reports to the Director of Supplier Performance.
What you'll do#
- Partner with team members to develop efficient reporting and processes for supplier quality activities.
- Drive improvement initiatives with applicable suppliers.
- Assist the Supplier Quality and Purchasing departments in managing supplier non-conformities and driving resolution.
- Monitor and publish key supplier quality metrics to improve visibility.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program for Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Project management skills.
- Practical experience with data analytic software.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, which is a plus.
- Must be a US person.
