About the role#
As a Technical Marketing Intern, you will work with the Components group to update technical information for the Optomech product line. This role involves a variety of marketing and engineering support tasks. You will collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, the Web Team, Sales, and Engineering teams.
What you'll do#
- Update technical information for the Optomech product line.
- Pull items from stock for photos and videos.
- Learn and use the web content management system.
- Assist with product assembly set ups.
- Prepare content for tradeshows.
- Compare and contrast MKS products against competitors.
- Perform testing and evaluation of products.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior undergraduate status.
- Major in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Photonics, or a related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Working knowledge of office software like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail.
- Experience with Solidworks is a plus.
- You must be a US Person.
- You should be comfortable receiving little instruction on day-to-day work.

- Modality: Hybrid, with the ability to work onsite when required for specific tasks.
