About the role#
This work study position supports the daily operations of the office in Bellamy Hall. It is a paid, part-time role that involves assisting staff with administrative tasks to keep the department running smoothly.
What you'll do#
- File documents, stuff envelopes, and prepare labels.
- Deliver letters to student rooms.
- Post and remove signage and flyers around the facility.
- Answer phones and record messages for the team.
- Sign out equipment and keep accurate logs.
- Assist office staff with general administrative duties as assigned.
