About the role#
The 2027 Summer Analyst Program in the Global Financial Crimes Division (GFCD) is a 10-week internship designed for undergraduate students. You will gain hands-on experience in financial crimes compliance and risk management by working alongside experienced professionals. This program provides exposure to key business units and regulatory functions while building a foundation for a career in the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Assist with process and control documentation.
- Perform data analysis and management tasks.
- Support key business units, risk, and support functions.
- Work closely with financial crimes and core compliance teams.
- Help ensure company compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- A preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- A keen interest in banking law, financial crimes compliance, or risk management.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Criminal Justice.

- Location: Irving, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (four days in office, one day remote).
- Status: Full-time and paid.
