    About the role#

    The TD Public Programmes and Learning Fellow joins the programming team to research, coordinate, and deliver public and learning initiatives. This is a full-time, one-year contract reporting to the Curator of Public Programmes. You will work in a hybrid capacity to create content that is accessible and inclusive for diverse audiences, supporting the museum's exhibition seasons throughout Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.

    What you'll do#

    • Research, coordinate, and deliver public and learning programmes both online and in-person.
    • Organize and lead learning workshops, group sessions, and TD Community Sunday programming.
    • Lead the MOCA Youth Council and Creative Youth initiatives, including recruiting and onboarding new council members.
    • Conduct guided tours for exhibition seasons.
    • Network with artists, educators, and cultural leaders to support your professional and creative growth.

    What you'll need#

    • Experience in coordinating and delivering public and learning programmes.
    • Ability to organize and lead learning workshops and group sessions.
    • Experience working with youth or leading a youth council.
    • Interest in developing accessible and inclusive learning content.
    • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
    • Academic background in Art, History, Communications, Media Studies, Sociology, or Psychology.

    • Location: Toronto, Ontario.
    • Work Modality: Hybrid.
    • Employment Type: Full-time, one-year contract.
    • Compensation: $50,700 per annum.
    • Benefits: Includes Attractions Ontario Benefits and Toronto Attractions Council Benefits.
