About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in coaching and physical education at Navarro College. You will work directly under the supervision of the Head Baseball Coach. Please note that this is a voluntary, unpaid position, and interns are not considered employees of the college.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Head Baseball Coach with daily operations.
- Participate in team practice sessions and training activities.
- Support the baseball program during events.
- Manage tasks in a busy environment that includes frequent interruptions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or interest in Kinesiology, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- A desire to build experience in physical education and coaching.
- Ability to work under the direction of the Head Baseball Coach.
- Flexibility to work hours that may vary from a standard schedule.
- Understanding of the voluntary and unpaid nature of this role.

- Location: Corsicana, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Note: At the discretion of the college, interns may receive meal or housing privileges to help cover reasonable expenses.
